Is this thing on?

It has been quite some time since we started this blog and there is a bit of a new era being ushered in here at WORK Labs. Our long time compatriot and design slave, Puck Byrne is heading on to asphaulty pastures. Watch out America! Busch six-packs, hot rubber and conveniently lightweight tents are headed your way. Puck will be embarking on a motorcycle adventure that will take him to the West and back over the course of a few months. May the trail he blaze take him to places he’s never seen, like In-And-Out Burger.

Who will fill his shoes you might ask? WORK Labs will ride the fine line between genius and insanity. My name is Andy and I am a studio designer here at WORK Labs. When I am not abusing cold-calling salespeople over the phone you can catch me eating nachos.

Show & Tell – Follow Cabell Harris and his team of super students at the VCU Brandcenter as they post captivating inspiration and stimuli.

Layer Tennis Recap – Season 3 of Layer Tennis recently wrapped and they have a nice recap video up on the site. Fantastic inspiration from some great artists and designers.

Nate’s Taco Truck Shop – The same guy peddling tacos at the VCU compass now has a storefront in Jackson Ward. It’s delicious!
